Scope of Involvement
A residential interior project at City Seven in Daewon-dong, Changwon. COOKITECT DESIGN was responsible for the overall design, while Dongsidae Architecture undertook the detailing and implementation work.
The role within Dongsidae Architecture covered the design of all bespoke furniture and, following the start of construction, lead project management. Completion photographs of the entrance, living room, kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom are paired with bespoke furniture drawings to document the realization of each space.

Floor-finish study: the continuous timber surface is coordinated with room boundaries and the enlarged threshold detail.
Living Room and Kitchen
Overall views of the living room and kitchen show the arrangement of bespoke furniture and the connections between spaces. Wall storage, refrigerator cabinetry, and the island are integrated with the living areas as a coordinated furniture system.
Kitchen Cabinetry
Door divisions, internal storage, and appliance installation spaces were designed together. Plans, elevations, and sections define the relationships between countertop, sink, and storage, with material and hardware information noted on fabrication drawings.
The island integrates a curved end, drawers, and appliance installation space. Its form and the fabrication requirements of each component are developed in the drawings.

Handle study: the metal profile and fixing dimensions are paired with a schedule of lengths, quantities and cabinet locations.
Door handle profiles, lengths, quantities, and installation locations were documented separately. Handles for the kitchen, dressing area, and bathroom furniture follow a common fabrication specification, with lengths differentiated for each location.
Construction Management
The role expanded from the design of all bespoke furniture to lead project management after construction began.
The ceiling drawings included alongside the bespoke furniture drawings are shared project documentation, presented to show the relationship between lighting placement and the spaces.
